Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. This position will play a vital role in supporting our field teams by making deliveries to our teams in the field, managing the intake and outflow of materials and inventory in our warehouse, and assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and is ready to grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform material and equipment deliveries or pickups as needed

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments

  • Maintain accurate inventory records

  • Pull and prepare materials and tools for job sites

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering supplies

  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols are followed

  • Support field technicians with equipment needs and logistics

  • Coordinate with the Operations team for project equipment orders and shipment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics (preferred, not required)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Dependable, punctual, and a team player

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Clean driving record and valid CA Driver’s License

  • Must pass a background check, subject to applicable laws

Work Environment

  • Warehouse and Customer Job Sites

  • Work Location: Stockton, CA, with visits to local job sites

  • Physical demands: Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Typing and/or writing, talking, and hearing

  • Travel required: To and from job sites, dispatched from warehouse; no overnights
