Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Service Contract Sales Representative to grow our recurring service agreement business across all markets served. This role focuses on selling testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance/service agreements for low voltage life-safety and critical systems, including fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, and school critical communications systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who understands long-term customer relationships, recurring revenue, and the importance of compliance-driven service in schools and campus environments.
What You'll Do

Sell service agreements for testing, inspection, and ongoing maintenance of low voltage systems, including:

Audio/Visual Systems

Fire Alarm Systems

Nurse Call Systems
-
Critical Communications / Emergency Notification Systems

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new and renewal service contract opportunities

Prospect and develop relationships with key decision-makers
-
Conduct site walks, gather system details, and coordinate with various internal team members to develop accurate proposals

Create and deliver professional proposals for annual and multi-year agreements

Drive renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions of existing service contracts

Partner with service managers, technicians, and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales

Ability to communicate confidently with administrators, facility directors, and purchasing teams

Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Clean driving record and valid CA Driver’s License

Must pass background check, drug test, subject to applicable laws
Work Environment

Office environment, temperature-controlled

Work Location: Stockton, CA.
